Warranty Policy

At Michelli Backgammon we make every effort to be fair in dealing with our customers. Our goal is not merely customer satisfaction, rather, our goal is to exceed mere satisfaction and move into the realm of exceeding expectations. To that end, we believe that we have made every effort to accurately represent our products through the use of high quality color photographs taken from a variety of angles so that prospective customers knows what they are ordering and have every expectation that what they ordered they will receive. That said, our general Warranty Policy is as follows:

1. Product is Defective

If you receive a product that is defective, please contact us via eMail or call us at 951.312.0824 for a prompt replacement at no charge to you. We do ask that you return the defective item in the original packaging using the most economical shipping method possible.

2. Product is Damaged during Shipping

If your product is damaged during shipping please contact us and we will initiate a claim for you. It is very important that you do not discard the shipping box as an inspection by the shipper may be required. Rest assured that you will not have to wait for the shipping claim to be settled before you receive a replacement for the damaged product.

3. All Other Returns

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 30-days of receipt. You will promptly receive a refund, less shipping. The returned item must be 100% complete and in the original packaging. Return shipping charges are your responsibility; we simply ask that you return the product using the most economical shipping method possible.

Please remember that the above Warranty Policy is just a general policy. Our goal is to be absolutely fair with each and every customer who elects to make a purchase from Michelli Backgammon.
